Returns Are Welcome

Stitchwear gladly accepts returns for any
reason if the items are in new condition, and are returned within 15 days of
customer's receipt of purchase.
You will need a Return Authorization number
prior to sending back a purchase, this number must be visible on the
returned package or the shipment will be refused and returned by the
carrier.
Details from your invoice will be required in
order to receive an RA number, the RA may be requested by phone or via
email.
The return address is located the
packaging, since we ship from multiple Warehouses located throughout the
United States the address on the merchandise will be the return address.
Shipping expenses are only returned when the
item received is not the item ordered. Shipping expenses for accurately
shipped orders is the responsibility of the customer.
Decorated (embroidered or screen printed)
items are not eligible for returns.
