REFUSALS: All
orders are custom and are not subject to refusal once
production samples and/or sew-outs have been approved.
CHANGES: Revisions
to orders may only be made prior to start of
production and must be done in writing.
RETURNS & CLAIMS: Any
shortages or defective merchandise over our 2% damage
allowance must be made within ten days of receipt of
goods. Only verified defective merchandise or
merchandise not in agreement with the purchase order
will be accepted for credit.
SHIPPING: It is the customer's responsibility to make
sure all ship-to addresses have been verified and
properly spelled on the order form. Any additional
freight charges stemming from shipment of your order
will be billed to you.

Call your garment order in if you want it embroidered. Do NOT use
the shopping cart as your order may be shipped blank.

1 - 11 pieces $10.00 up to 10,000 stitches
12 - 23 pieces $0.63 per 1,000 stitches / $6.25 per piece

$0.44 per 1,000 stitches / $3.25 per piece

wide, one color @ $5.00 each, to avoid additional costs, please
select a font style from one of the "house" fonts on the photo.

font, digitizing cost is only $32.50
Hang Tags: You supply the tags and
tell us where on the garment to hang it. Only 15¢
each.
Change the color threads of logo, ie:
different logo colors for different shirt colors, white shirts use
red logo, blue shirts use white logo. $12.50 per color change.
Digitizing
$10.00 per 1,000 stitches / $65.00 per logo
minimum
Rush: It takes approximately six work
days to complete an order, once the digitized logo is approved for
use. You may order RUSH service for $60 if you want the work
to be sewn in THREE work days. These days do not include
shipping time. Orders ship out of California.
Sample sew-out: $10.00 per piece, per location, up to 10,000
stitches.
Metallic thread:

3d puff emb:

Flats and caps are done on separate machines,
therefore, we would consider them to be on separate runs.
Fold / poly bag: $0.35 per piece
Special embroidery: There are special
bags, large items. leather, that will be considered special case.
Therefore, anything more difficult than items such as shirts and
caps will require special pricing
